A short discovery call to determine whether we’d be a good fit. We discuss your budget, your timeline, and we set expectations.

Expect a small service agreement before we get started:

  • Invoice for 50% of the agreed project fee

We always discuss some visuals before designing to make sure we’re aligned from the get-go, ensuring we can nail those first concepts purely from vibe, mood, and theme.

The key to my process is to start BROAD - I explore a ton of different ideas quickly and narrow down to find the best ones.

  • I use all the information from the questionnaire to make sure the design ticks all the right boxes.

    • Your business goals.

    • What colours to avoid, what themes you don’t want to mistake referencing.

    • Where exactly you know you’ll be using this design, printing it out.

SHOWCASE

I show the evolution of the design and explain my thought process behind each design decision.

I offer at least 2 rounds of revisions within my packages to make sure we land on a concept you absolutely love and can’t wait to implement and share with the world.

FINALIsation

I don’t just leave my client with some random JPEG images. I understand what files printers actually need to make sure your logo never looks pixelated, which saves a lot of money.

Expect to receive a few folders for your logo files.. but don’t worry, i’ll always leave a little note explaining when to use which :)

I also offer post-project support, ranging from additional guidance to assistance in implementation.
